About This Item
40pp., original 1969 first edition with VG+ dust jacket and Near fine- book. Appears to be missing blank page prior to half-title. Gloriously and profusely illustrated by Canada's premiere Native artist, Norval Morrisseau. Multi-color illustrations. Some minor chipping visible at top right front dust jacket, small 1.25 inch cut at bottom of spine slightly into front dustwraper - but falls slightly short of Morrisseau's brilliant cover illustration. Rare opportunity to own scarce original 1st edition of this Herbert T. Schwarz classic.
