Visible water staining to bottom side of text block edge resulting in a brown stain to bottom of pages to rear, text unaffected. Paper stuck to front free endpaper. Pages are mildly foxed & tanned throughout. Text is clear. Binding is firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Visible crushing to spine. Book has a slight forward lean. Minor splits causing fraying to cloth at spine ends. Gilt lettering remains bright and clear.
