About This Item
New York: Parent's Magazine Press, 1980 Willy and the good guys take on Sneaky Weasel and the weasel baseball team. The illustrator and the writer claim to have met at a masquerade where he came as a giant rabbit and she came as Alice in Wonderland. Together they created Rotten Ralph and both went on to create many more books. However, even though she claims to live in Oregon with her husband and parrot, I note Gantos last book is about twins and human taxidermy and it is well known that Nicole Rubel was an identical twin, so I'm sure they must have been romantically involved. Anyway, this is who they were before they created A Cowgirl Named Ernestine or I am Not Joey Pigza. The book has fairly severe corner and spine top and tail bumps, but the interior is pristine and it's a first edition, first printing with full number line.
