I will need: (1)Name of issuing bank and type of card; (2)Card No. and expiry date; (3)Exact name as it appears on the card. (4)Security code from signature strip. (5)Confirmation that the card address and delivery address are the same. Books will be reserved for 14 days only pending payment. Postage and insurance are extra at cost. A choice of surface or airmail will be quoted, but high value orders must be sent airmail for insurance purposes. Books may be returned immediately on receipt if they are found not to have been described accurately.
