Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. brown embossed cloth, areas of fraying at head and tail of spines, cloth to tail of spine on volume two missing (1/8 inch thickness), tips worn, corners bumped, row of light spots to front cover of volume one, light foxing throughout text-block located more often than not in fore-edge margins, a few pages browned from keepsake insertion no splitting to hinges, previous owner's name on ffeps, old bookstore label to front paste-downs of both volumes (Wm W. Rose Stationer 47 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn)
