Octavo. 5.75 x 8.5 in. xii, 178 pp. Fair in original navy binding and grey boards that have a significant bend in the lower front right corner and bumping on the upper corners. This copy has a good, original dust jacket that has a small, one inch tear on the lower front cover, and has the $3.50 price and "0664" publication code intact front flap. A small red remainder mark appears on the bottom edge and a previous owner chose to underline a few sentences in Chapter 3 with a red felt-tip pen. This edition bears the code "M-P" on the copy right page, signifying its publication in December 1965.
