Originally published in 1960, by Coward-McCann, under the title, 'Four Horseplayers Are Missing,' and basis for the film of the same name, which starred Dean Martin and Lana Turner, with Eddie Albert, Walter Matthau, Paul Ford, and Nita Talbot.
