About This Item
One of the early JFK assassination books, Buchanan took a keen interest in the case immediately and spotted apparent inconsistencies in the media versions of what had happened. A French newspaper paid him to investigate further. Possibly the first writer to suggest an oil-industry backed assassination committed by two gunmen in Dealey Plaza. First publication was in France.
Book is in good condition. Pages are intact, clean, unmarked and uncreased. Minor age wear at the top edges. The dust jacket is clipped and with some wear including a 1cm closed tear at the back and some browning at rear flap (see photos). A library stamp is on the FEP half hidden by DJ flap, and and a small library indexing sticker is on the spine. Remains of library sticker and 'withdrawn' print inside back cover. Pages seem uncut. See photos. Now covered in professional removable clear book cover.
