Price is unclipped ($2.95). Illustrated cloth covered boards with black text. Illustrations in red and yellow. Black and white illustrated endpages. Photos of the author and illustrator on the back flap of the jacket. Roger Duvoisin, known for his Petunia books, is the illustrator. Dust jacket has light foxing and a few small tears. Placed in mylar jacket. Winner of the Caldecott Medla.
