First U.S. edition, first printing (as stated, with complete numberline). Originally published in German in 2007; English translation by Christine Lo in 2015. About 6 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches, 337 pages in red paper-covered boards with black backstrip and silver lettering on spine. Dustjacket's front panel shows graphic design in red against a black background with white and red lettering. Back panel contains three blurbs praising book; small photo of author on back flap. Boards and text are without noticeable flaw or damage -- complete, clean and unmarked. Binding tight and square. Not ex-library, not remaindered. Dustjacket's condition is also near perfect -- no tears, chipping or creasing. Not price-clipped. A collectable copy of the first volume in the trilogy.
