Quarto, vi, [122]; G+/ G+; Light brown spine with black letter; House in black cardboard slipcase; Dustjacket has moderate+ uneven age-toning overall, a chip to bottom-right corner of front cover, light wear to top edges, and faint red staining / a small chip at the head of spine; Boards show light wear to corners, light bumping to head/tail of spine, and several instances of light soiling; Textblock has some light age-toning and foxing to deckled edges; Slipcase has split along multiple edges and has significant chipping to black paper finish; Illustrated (sixty b/w drawing); Introduction by then NY governor Franklin Roosevelt; NOTE: Shelved in Room G. 1350086.
