The story of the rise and decline of Westfall, OR. Full red cloth covered boards, black lettering on front board and spine. Good only in VG- dust jacket. Previous owners name and address on front paste down, glue residue from address sticker on front board, head and heel of spine bumped, eraser residue on first free endpaper. Wear and chipping with some paper loss to head and heel of spine panel, wear to flap folds on tips.
