From the blurb: "This book presents a collection which was started during the French Revolution in the late 18th century by Peter Dubrowsky, a bibliophile who was able to purchase manuscripts, incunabula and books from France. It includes missals and sacred texts from the abbeys of Corbie and Saint-Germain-des-Prés and a magnificent series of royal and princely manuscripts, originally in the possession of Jean de Berry and Francis I. There are also Renaissance manuscripts from England, Italy, Germany, and Spain.
