New York: Henry Holt and Company, 1928. Hardcover. Near Fine/Good. First edition, presumed first state (*Crane A10*; without "First Edition" statement on copyright page and with "roams" on page 44, which was corrected in later issues to "romps"). Illustrated by J.J. Lankes. Corners and spine ends slightly rubbed, near fine in a spine-tanned good only dust jacket with moderate chipping along the top edge, 1" loss at the middle of the spine (affecting title), modest soil and a few chips and tears. Poetry.
