Edinburgh and London: William Blackwood and sons, 1869. First edition, complete in three hardback volumes. Small 8vo (19cm by 13cm), 317pp; 380pp; 370pp. Each volume has a title page, but the half-titles have not been bound in. Bound in half blue calf, gilt-tooled spines. Some light rubbing of the bindings, bookplate to the front pastedown of each volume. Overall, this set is in good to very good condition.
