Illustrated with photographs and maps. First American edition. Dust-jacket protected by reinforced mylar covers. Not an ex-library copy, from a private collection. Only fault is dark patches inside boards on black endpapers from where mylar had been affixed. A very clean, square, fresh and oherwise unmarked copy. Near fine in a fine dust-jacket. . First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
