Wee Gillis's father's relations were all Highlanders, stalking stags, while his mother's relations were all Lowlanders, raising long-haired cows, and he had to make up his mind which he would be. A Caldecott Honor book for 1939. Robert Lawson loved to draw! 33 full page pen and ink drawings. Green and white pictorial endpapers.
