No DJ. Blue cloth boards and spine with bright gilt lettering on the spine and front board. Gilt to all textblock edges. Clean internals. Interior hinges are sound and not split. 328 pp 8vo. Pages 282-328 are advertisements for hotels and health locations (sanitariums).
