New York: Dyckman Institute, 1924. Cloth. Good. xii, [2], 366 pages. Publisher's red cloth with paper spine label. Spine label with light wear and sunning. Rear panel with odd color variations (dampstaining?). Penciled gift inscription on second front flyleaf encouraging the reader to look at the back of the book where Bolton's signature is inked and dated (1926) upside down (!) on a flyleaf there. Evidence of some glue touchup to the front hinge. Rear hinge sound and original. Glue residue on front pastedown from bookplate, through which "DISCARDED" stamp can be seen. No other markings we can see. Cloth. Printed by The Schoen Printing Co. 17 Vandewater Street, New York. The title page also notes that this is "Printed for the Author and to be sold by him at the Bolton Building, 116 East 19th Street
