US: Beehive Press, 1974. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Illustrated. Blue cloth over boards with gilt-stamped particulars to spine. Small sticker of previous owner's name to corner of front pastedown and full title; otherwise, pages are clean and unmarked. Boards are clean, but show light fading and rubbing to extremeties. Text block is lightly soiled. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket is clean with light rubbing and chipping to extremeties. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
