There is a tiny gray mark to the top edge of the front cover and the dust jacket is lightly rubbed. 113 pages plus colophon. Very good. <p>Number 41 of a limited edition of 300 numbered copies signed by the author on the colophon.<p>In an author's note, Wright Morris writes that this novel was originally written in the winter-spring of 1951-1952 and was never submitted for publication. Themes and characters that first appeared in War Games reappear in The Field of Vision and Ceremony In Lone Tree.
