Publisher's maroon cloth, with front board ruled in blind, and spine lettered in gilt. Very good or better, with a touch of dimming to gilt, light toning to spine, light rubbing to spine ends, a tiny mark to front board, light spotting to text block edges, and light offsetting to endpapers. Overall, an attractive, crisp copy. BAL 11885. War of the Classes is a collection of Jack London's writings on socialism. Featured essays include "The Class Struggle," "The Tramp," "The Scab," "The Question of the Maximum," "A Review," "Wanted: A New Law of Development," and "How I Became a Socialist."
