Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1999. First edition, first printing. Black hardcover with black cloth spine, map endpapers, black and white plates, with dustjacket. Very good with a minor scuff to the front and rear covers where the cloth begins, good hinges, firm text block, a couple of tiny scholarly notes to margins, pages clean. The mylar protected dustjacket is priceclipped and is in near fine condition with no chips or tears.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
