This book is divided into three main sections. The first briefly deals with the nature of enlightenment and the possibilities of drawing on resources from many states of consciousness. The second is a detailed discussion of 'weeds', automatisms and defenses that limit full potential. The third is about choosing appropriate techniques and the results that may occur. (A good reading copy.).
