About This Item
Den Haag: Utlgave Van, 1947 2 +25 pp.; HB. In Dutch. ca. 1947. Pages: clean, tanned, tight; Cover: beige faux woven fabric w/ brick block to front and reverse titles. In this small book, each page is perforated, with 1/2 a decorative bookmark whereon the lender writes the owenrship information, tears out the bookmark and places it in the lent book to remind the lender to, well, give it back. The other half of the page is where the owner records the same info, so the owner can eventually, well, remind the borrower to give the book back. Not a bad system!. Originally, 24 decorative bookmarks, the first and last are now missing . Information on the first stub indicates that Heine's Works was lent to Mr. Glime on December 20, 1947. No indication it ever found its way home.

Fine-AN, but not as bright, minor marks or other minor defects.
