Lessing J.Rosenwald (1891 - 1979) was an American businessman and rare-book collector, son of the president of Sears, Roebuck and Company. He donated his collection to the Libary of Congress. Included in the collection are the Kelmscott Chaucer, a Mainz Bible, and works by Durer, Blake etc. Condition: Near Fine with foxing to edge of text block, in a Very Good plain white dustjacket, with dust soiling. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Very Good.
