About This Item
London: Faber & Faber, (1954). First edition, first printing. This is a very good (or better) copy. The dust wrapper is slightly spotted but is otherwise sharp. It has been price clipped at all four corners, showing the original 9s 6d net price. The band is slightly toned at the spine. The boards, displaying the title in a red embossed lettering, are sharp throughout, bound in the publisher's white cloth. The text blocks are so slightly foxed, as are the front preliminaries. Overall, this is a very good (or better) copy.
A collection of poems by New Apocalyptic George Barker.
