Octavo (20.75cm); mauve cloth, with titling and publisher's log stamped in black on spine and front cover; dustjacket; [x],246pp. A few small, whitish scuffs to rear cover, else a fresh, very Near Fine copy. Dustjacket is unclipped (priced $2.95), gently spine-sunned, with a few short tears and attendant creases, a small chip to lower edge of rear panel, and four tape-mends on verso; Very Good+. A more attractive copy than usual of this late, wear-prone collection of short fiction by Woolrich, including "Don't Wait Up for Me Tonight," "Guillotine," "That New York Woman," "Murder, Obliquely," "The Moon of Montezuma," and "The Corpse in the Statue of Liberty."
