Mission San Gabriel, 1950-01-01. Loose Leaf. Acceptable. Undated (probably circa 1950's) brochure. Single sheet 7 1/4" x 5 1/2" folded in half. b&w illustration of Mission by Phil S. McCarty on front cover. Interior has paragraphs describing the mission's history, Statues from Spain, Old Cemetery, Excavations, The Museum, Aboriginal Painting. Back of brochure described Our lady of Sorrows, Times of Mass and other information. In acceptable condition with some chipping to the bottom front corner of the brochure and a few other small nicks to the edges. Moderate overall browning with age with a darker band of aging along to edge. of brochure and a few light age spots. Otherwise brochure is unmarked. Nice cover illustration by Phil S. Mc Carty
