Presentation copy, inscribed by Irving Caesar on the front wrapper, "To Percy with friendship from Irving." In very good condition. American lyricist and theater composer Irving Caesar who wrote lyrics for numerous song standards, including "Swanee", "Sometimes I'm Happy", "Crazy Rhythm", and "Tea for Two", one of the most frequently recorded tunes ever written.
