Text by Kate Carter Frederick [listed in the staff as Editorial contributor], Photograph [of Tasha Tudor decorating her Christmas tree] Toshi Otsuki. The article is a recollection of Tasha Tudor and her book TAKE JOY, her recent death and Frederick's visit to Tudor's home in 1999. Cover and title page title appear to be BLISS VICTORIA. But the logo is the same as the first series. Spine title imprinted as Victoria-Return to Bliss.
