Tan cloth, gilt-on-red titles on spine, [xvii], 276 pp, 3 maps, 166 b & w illustrations (mostly photos) on 48 ff plates, index. Bottom edge of book block bumped in two places, causing small tears & creases to margins of affected leaves, else near fine, slight rubbing to extremities. DJ has two tears with creasing (3 & 7 cm), and some wear and small chips to corners & spine ends; in Brodart archival cover. Cameron explores Spanish imperial architecture in Latin America, in the process illuminating the history of Spain's possessions in the New World. Shipping weight 3 lbs.. First Edition. .
