Condition is VG+: slight rubbing & paper loss to lower edges, mild corner bumping, heavy foxing to exterior page edges only. Interior is completely clean, unmarked save for former owner's name & date to ffep. Binding strong & straight. The unclipped DJ is VG+, marred only by a few tiny spots; else, colorful & bright with very light soil; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free!
