Boston: D Lothrop Company. Fair with no dust jacket. 1891. Hardcover. Endpaper is cracked at spine, and has some foxing, and fading. Pages are yellowed, and have some light foxing. Spine is cracked somewhere around the middle of the book. Cover are faded, and lettering is slightly rubbed off. Spine is dirtied, chipped, and faded. ; Bal 19915. Illustrated by Pyle, Hassam & others .
