Baltimore: Johns Hopkins University Press, 1934. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good. Strong VG book, inscribed by Lane on the front blank fly. The book was given to his friend George A. Boyd and Boyd's wife gave the book to Richard H. Brown, who has written a full-page explanation of the provenance in pen on the front pastedown, along with his bookplate. Otherwise, the book is free of all marking, nice clean copy.
