Thick brown cloth hardcover with some limited discolroatio and rubbing to spine; still bright gilt stamp lettering to spine with no fading, both covers very clean, very light wear to extremities only. Fore-edge of text block age moderately spotted. Well bound, covers firmly attached. Former owner ink notes on the front fly leaf (two lines) with facing front paste-down page affixed with business card of Mr. Frank Pumley, an "Umpire" lawyer and plolitican from Vermont.
