1944. First Edition . Softbound. Very Good. Varga. Very good in wrappers showing mild wear to corners, light fading kto foredges of covers, light foxing to foredge of pages, fading to pages, light waviness and light staining along spine of back cover.. Original and complete issue. Varga paints a beautiful blonde in full color (13" x 17") with short verse by Phil Stack, "Merry Christmas and How!". The Varga print is fully intact and in excellent condition. It is on coated white paper that shows no fading except for light fading to the very edges. Quite framable. Other contributions: "Robertson Comes Through!" by Paul Gallico and. "Black Sheep No. 3: Bill" by Theodore Dreiser. Dreiser's piece is called "semi-fiction.
