London: Bemrose & sons, 1906. First edition (hardback). 4to (31cm by 26cm), ix, 293pp, 4pp adverts. 87pp plates. Original blue cloth, gilt titling to the spine, gilt titling and design to the front board, top edge gilt. The boards are heavily rubbed and sunned, and there is some foxing of the preliminary pages; overall, this book is in good condition.
