Tan dust jacket reproduces illustration and lettering on front pastedown ; 7-1/2" x 10-1/4"; 90 pp; Covers with slight corner and spine wear, red binding color spotted toward bottom of boards, no inscriptions, binding tight and square, pages are clean and unmarked. Dust jacket is well worn along edges, with a tape repair to back side at top of spine, closed tears and several small losses, protected by mylar cover. .

U.S. BUYERS. Standard -- Most orders can be shipped by USPS Media Mail within the continental U.S. for the standard charge regardless of weight. Expedited -- Items which fit in the Flat Rate Envelope (about 6" x 9") can usually be sent by Priority Mail for $10.00; in that case we will automatically reduce the shipping charge for an expedited order when the order is processed. Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
