About This Item
Black Swan Books, 1991. Hardcover. Very Good in Good dust jacket/Good. Illustrated by Sculpture by Joan Sovern; Photographed by David Finn. With pages crisp and clean, free from owners' marks, and binding gently relaxed but square and secure, this hardcover shows modest softening at the spine heel and gentle fading at the head edges of the black cloth but is otherwise clean and lovely. The jacket is priceclipped and shows short edge tears, closed but with accompanying creases (and one with a partially open section at the bottom rear), as well as some rubbing and chipping at edges and corners and a few tiny surface scuffs along the foreedges, yet overall the jacket remains clean and attractive, now protected in a new, clear sleeve.
