This is a curious book - a pg at the beginning says it's not for sale, and on the pg preceeding the rfep it states; "MUTUAL SECURITY AGENCY - Reproduction Section, Paris, France." Condition is GOOD+ ; some edge wear and bent corners, covers foxed and toned. Binding is tight and text very clean with German stamp address on ffep. Politics. Stax.
