Bound in three quarter red leather over red cloth boards with gilt title "Farmers' Bulletins" to spine. The name "Lynden Evans" is printed in gilt on the foot of the spine. Lynden Evans (1828 - 1926) was a teacher, lawyer, and U.S. Congressman from Illinois. Full marbled edges and marbled endpapers. Front endpaper is present but detached. Minor wear to edges and hinges of boards. Clean interior with illustrations. An attractive book. Each bulletin has its own pagination. SCI/022219.
