Hall from 1876, 1948 State Centennial account, reprints of old pamphlets. Laid in are a letter from the local historical society (of which the editor was long the director) regarding the breaking up of the late editor's estate and an envelope with newspaper clippings of local import. SIGNED by the editor on the title page. Hardcover, textured burgundy cloth, gilt titling. Light wear, dent to head of spine, some foxing to page edges & within; pencil name & date + embossed seal to free endsheet. Text clean; 200 pages; illustrations, b/w photos.. Inscribed by the Author.
