Phoenix Mill: Sutton Publishing Limited, 1997. First Edition (stated). . Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Photographs. Bound in blue cloth over boards with titles in gilt. Stated "First published in 1997" with no additional printings. Signed, inscribed and dated at Norwich in Dec. '97 by the author on the half-title, otherwise unmarked. Laid in is a TLS from the author to the same former owner, thanking him for his assistance in correcting some errors, also dated in December 1997. Book and dust wrapper show only a touch of edgewear - wrapper has no chips, rips or clips. Clean and tight; jacket in mylar. An excellent association copy. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
