About This Item
New York: Coward - Mccann, Inc.. Very Good+ in Very Good- dust jacket. 1946. First Edition. Hardcover in jacket. Bound in blue cloth with gilt stamping on the spine, in a dust jacket with soiling/toning, wear/chipping to the edges, and a tear to the outer edge of the upper panel, causing the front flap to become separated/loose, but present. The covers show light edge-wear, and a few wrinkles to the cloth at the top of the lower cover. The binding is solid and contents are bright and clean. From the American First Editions collection of Donald C. Scriven (1948-2019). Don relished points of issue and the primacy of the dust jacket but above all he loved the literature! .
