New York: W.W. Norton & Company, 1947 Gray cloth; blue ink title and spine. Illustrated with black-and-white photographs and detailed diagrams. Faint rubbing to cover extremities. Lower front cover corner bumped. Clean and tight in a heavily edgeworn dust jacket with several irregular closed tears and creases. Front flap was previously detached from front panel of jacket but has been repaired with archival tape. Front panel bright; rear panel (white) lightly soiled.
