Hardcover with blue boards in very good condition with light shelf & edge wear (Vol 11 only has bump to top front & back corners.) Black title lettering on front and spine with gold stamped American Eagle to front. Each volumne 9 1/2"" tall & 7 3/4"" wide. Interior text block clean and unmarked but for Volumne 11 (only) with former owner's name & address at top corner of ffep. Many illustrations, facsimilies, maps, and portraits (many in color) with mellow age toning to the papers. Volume 16 contains an exhaustive Index for all volumes. Price includes additional for shipping due to size & weight of set.
