The author's notes and diaries about the Turco-Russian war between 1269 and 1294 (1852 and 1877) and the general military issues of the Ottoman state. (Pages 2 to 5) preface. (7 to 22) the Crimean war and the military situations in 1269. (22 to 23) the situation of the armed forces in that war. (23 to 27) the results of that war and the treaty of peace. (27 to 33) the Ottoman military reform until the Crimean question. (33 to 39) the Ottoman leaders and commanders until that war. (39 to 40) the Ottoman military education during this question. (41 to 44) the Ottoman military preparation against the enemy. (217 to 221) the Russian army situation. (221 to 229) the armed forces in Kars under siege.. al Shakerd troupe.. movement of the head commander Mukhtar Pasha to Deli Baba. the armed force of al Shakerd troupe in Deli Baba.. the battle field of Hulyaz(?). 6 tall pages of fields statistical tables. Rashid Pasha was also sent to Yemen as a director in the military reform commission by the Ottoman authority and published his work on Yemen and San,aa including a very important information and map in 2 parts in 1291 AH (1874 AD). There are similar aspects in the author's writing character (style) in the tow works which supports the attribution of the present work to the author. Unrecorded.work.
