Letter "C" of 26 lettered copies with color photograph of Burke on frontis. Signed by Burke, Wendy Hornsby who wrote the introduction, and the illustrator, Phil Parks on a special limitation page. Bound in full white leather with large illustrated title label pressed on. Lettering on spine in black. Laid in is an envelope with Burke's holographic instructions. Within is an illustration lettered "C" and signed by Burke and Parks. The book is very fine, issued without a dust jacket, and is housed within a clear acrylic slipcase.
