Title page has imprint of Messrs. A. H. Wheeler & Co., Allahabad; and of Sampson Low, Marson & Company, London. Series title: 'A. H. Wheeler & Co.'s Indian Railway Library', No. 4. Rear cover with text advertisement for Pears' Soap. "And the Hospital Orderly was so satisfied with the justice of the punishment that he did not even order Private Dormer back to his cot." - the final sentence. .
